Getting your order ready
We check your order details and prepare your items for dispatch within 0–1 day. An order may ship the same day or the following day. The transit estimate starts when your package is handed to the carrier.
Following your delivery
We email shipment details and tracking when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a little time to show its first scan. If you cannot find the email or tracking looks unusual, contact us with your order number.
A quick address check helps
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If something needs changing, email us as soon as possible. We will check whether it can be updated before dispatch; changes may not be possible after shipment.
If a package is delayed or damaged
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier disruptions, and other unexpected events can cause delays. If your package is late, missing, damaged, or contains the wrong item, email us so we can investigate and help. Photos of damage and packaging are useful when available.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us first for the current overseas return address. You pay return shipping for a change of mind; we pay it for a product quality issue. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full steps.
