KIVVELYN focuses on home decor and everyday accents. Check the dimensions, materials, care details, and options shown on each product page before ordering. Screens can display colors differently. If a detail is unclear, ask us before buying.
Prices, payment, and orders
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Review the final total and available payment methods at checkout before submitting payment. Standard shipping within the United States is free. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; orders remain subject to payment verification and stock availability.
If an item is unavailable or we discover an error that affects your order, we will contact you with the next steps. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will refund the affected amount. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.
Delivery and changes
Orders are prepared within 0–1 day, with estimated transit of 3–4 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier disruptions. Email us promptly for address changes or cancellations; once shipped, the return process applies.
Returns and refunds
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. We review requests within 2 days and email the current overseas return address. Buyers cover change-of-mind return shipping; we cover return shipping for quality issues. Following receipt and review of the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5 days to the original payment method. The Refund and Returns Policy explains the full process.
